Meat Loaf Muffins

1 box of stovetop stuffing
2 lb lean ground beef
1 cup of water

mix together, bake 35 min at 350

At present, Lesia leads 2 Weight Watchers meeting on campus at Virginia Tech, 1 at Carilion NRV Medical Center, as well as other meetings throughout the region: Mondays, Carilion NRV Medical Center, The series starts on April 4 and will run for 17 weeks, ending 8/8/11 (May 30th and July 4th cancellations will bring the end date to August 8). Tuesdays: Christiansburg Center, doors open at 9:00AM Wednesday: Newman Library, 6th Floor Technical Services Board Room, weigh-in starts around 11:50AM. The series runs until April 20, 2011 Wednesday: Floyd VA, Back Porch Studios, doors open at 5:30PM Thursday: Southgate Center, Room 136, weigh-in starts around 11:50 AM. Series fruns until April 21, 2011 Thursday: Christiansburg Center, doors open at 5:00PM Friday: Roanoke Towers Center, doors open at 10:30AM
